As a growing small business we try to make sure every customers is happy with their purchases. We wish we could offer a return policy like Amazon, unfortunately we can't -with that said our online merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase by mail, customer pays for return shipping unless item is defective, must include all original packaging and tags attached. Customer must email us contact@rema.shop with subject RETURNS, with the reason of return.
Live Sales on Facebook or the app are of a bidding nature purchase and therefore all Sales are Final* So please inquire as much as possible about the product to insure your satisfaction.
Special Events and Pop Up Events are also Final Sale*
All LTP (less than perfect) items are sold as is and are Final Sale.
*Under certain circumstances some exceptions are made.
Black Friday Sales are Final due to the deals and limited gift with purchase quantities.
Any purchases made on any 3rd party platform may not be returned as we have no record of your purchase payment method and you must contact the business you purchased from to process a return or exchange.
Exchanges must also be made within 30 days of purchase, customer pays for return shipping and must contact us at contact@rema.shop with subject EXCHANGES, with reason of exchange. All packaging and tags must be included and attached.
