Shipping and Returns Policy
At REMA, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. As a growing small business, we appreciate your understanding and support. Please review our updated shipping and returns policy below:
General Return Policy
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided all original packaging and tags are intact.
- Returns processed under this policy are eligible for store credit only.
- Returns without the REDO program must be initiated by emailing contact@rema.shop for return approval within 14 days of delivery. You will need to provide your order details and cover your own return shipping costs.
REDO Return Program
We now offer the REDO Return Program, introduced on November 30, 2024, to simplify the return process. All returns can be process through our customer portal.
- REDO Purchase at Checkout: If you add the REDO option at checkout, you will have access to our exclusive return portal, where you can initiate a return request and receive a free return shipping label. Returns under the REDO program must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items:
- If all items in your cart are marked as Final Sale, the REDO product cannot be purchased.
- If some items are Final Sale, the REDO product may be purchased but can only be used for non-Final Sale items.
Final Sale Policy
The following items and purchases are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Purchases made during Live Sales (e.g., Facebook or app) due to their bidding nature.
- Items purchased during Black Friday Sales, given the deals and limited gift quantities.
- Special Events and Pop-Up Event purchases.
- All LTP (Less Than Perfect) items, sold "as-is."
Third-Party Platform Purchases
Items purchased through any third-party platforms are not eligible for returns through REMA. Please contact the platform where you made the purchase to address any return or exchange requests.
Exchanges
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Email contact@rema.shop with the subject line EXCHANGES and include the reason for the exchange. All original packaging and tags must be intact.
Return Requests

With REDO: Use the return portal to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery. A free shipping label will be provided for eligible returns.
- Without REDO: Email contact@rema.shop within 14 days of delivery to request approval for the return. You will need to purchase your own return shipping label.

For returns not covered by the REDO program, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Ship your return to:

Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed (please check your spam folder).
